Visual exercises help you to improve your vision.
Really useful to most visual problems like lazy eye, amblyopia, double vision among others. Remember to do these exercises daily to see further improvement.
Instruction:
● Cover your healthy eye.
● 1 or 2 feet distance from the screen, depending on screen size. The point of the exercise is to make your eye move around the eye socket.
● Full screen display. Try using a big monitor, or a 10 tablet, but closer to it.
● Dark room.
● 15-20 minutes of exercises every day, twice a day, with your healthy eye covered. Combine with our exercise apps.
